今朝もいつもの七里ヶ浜の広場です。

みんなが走っているのに刺激を受けたのか、今朝はこなつも走る気分になったようだ。
It seems that Konatsu felt like running this morning, perhaps because she was inspired by seeing everyone running.

久しぶりの全力疾走だ。
At last it is a sprint.
シニアの域に入ったこなつだけれど、これだけ走れるのを見たら私は安心。まだまだ元気でいられそうだね。
Konatsu has entered the senior level, but I’m relieved to see how much she can run. Konatsu seems to be still fine.
