The beginning of the week started again on a business trip to Gunma. The Covid-19 infection is becoming the fourth wave, but I am relieved that Kanra Town, Gunma Prefecture, where I go, is an area where there are almost no infected people.
This is Sayama PA on the Ken-O Expressway, a coffee break while charging the car. It took three and a half hours to get to Kanra because there were two accidents on that day, and I arrived 10 minutes before the start of work! After two days of work, I came back home yesterday.
And this morning. Head to Shichirigahama as usual …
This is the self-proclaimed Shichirigahama Abbey Road, and put a photo on this, …
It will be like this.
When I arrived at the purification center, I met Ume for the first time in a year!
These days, dogs live as family members rather than pets in every home, and we treat our friends dogs with that feeling, so the news of death is painful. Two days ago, Futa, who was a good friend of Konatsu, crossed the rainbow bridge. He was just 16 years old, and he wasn’t particularly ill, so it might be a natural and peaceful death.
I met a new face dog on a walk in Shichirigahama this morning. He is Mio (Bernese Mountain Dog ♂, 3 years old) and is the successor to Mina, who died about two years ago. Mio’s owner said that Mio’s former owner couldn’t continue to keep Mio, so he took Mio along to his home.
This dog is Fuku. A dog protected in Fukushima Prefecture at the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake 10 years ago, this woman came to the current owner on the condition that she will keep it until the original owner is found. However, in the end, the original owner was not found, and Fuku is still in Kamakura. Currently estimated to be 12 to 13 years old, he is a very friendly dog. Konatsu seemed to get along with Fuku.
I can’t update my blog until tomorrow because I work in Gunma. So, I would like to introduce my favorite one from the videos I have edited so far. This is a video of when I went to play with my dog friends at the foot of Mt. Fuji five years ago. This time is approaching, isn’t it?
On the way, there is a new house under construction, and you can see an iron frame in the middle of the site. I was wondering what it was, but this is definitely the frame of a three-story elevator ! I wonder if a great house can be built.
Both of them walked a lot for their age, but they can still go.
Internal medicine clinic and Chinese tea shop
We finally came back to the station.
At this point, my home is just around the corner.
It was a long walk. Thank you, Futa!
Konatsu was regretfully waiting for Fuuta to return.
We walked together for about 30 minutes and ended my walk today. Japan has entered Obon holidays, but unfortunately I cannot take consecutive holidays because the holidays at my two work sites are misaligned.
