ご近所の友人と「行こうか？」という話がまとまり箱根に行ってきました。箱根までなら家から1時間ちょっとなので小旅行というのがピッタリ合っている。
My wife and I went to Hakone with a couple of friends in my neighborhood, asking “Would you like to go?” It’s a little over an hour from home to Hakone, so a short trip is appropriate. Of course, with Konatsu
出発したのが昼前だったので途中茅ケ崎の蕎麦屋「賀久(がく)」で昼食です。
We left before noon, so we had lunch at a soba restaurant in Chigasaki on the way.
ここの蕎麦はとても美味しい。今回の旅行は食べることが大好きな4人旅なので、最初から最後まで食事の話が中心です。
The soba here is very delicious. This trip is a trip for four people who love to eat, so the focus is on eating from the beginning to the end.
箱根に到着！ 宿泊は東急ハーベスト、到着後は部屋で少しだけ仕事して夕飯の時間を待ちます。今回楽しみにしていたのは、ここからすぐ近くの中華料理店「太原(たいげん)」での夕食。
Arrived in Hakone! The inn is Tokyu Harvest Club, and after arriving, I will work a little in the room and wait for dinner. What we were looking forward to this time was dinner at the Chinese restaurant “Taigen”, which is very close to here.
太原に来たら、何をおいても先ずはコレ「雲白肉(ｳﾝﾊﾟｲﾙｰ)」、他所では食べられないし、抜群に美味しい！
When I come to Taigen, first of all, I will order this “Unpiru”, which I can’t eat anywhere else and it’s outstandingly delicious!
やっぱり中華料理は大勢で行って、少しずつシェアして楽しむのが一番ですね。
After all, it’s best to go to a Chinese restaurant in large numbers and share it little by little.
食後は私たちの部屋に戻ってティータイム。
After dinner, we went back to our room and had a tea time.
そして翌朝 And the next morning
散歩に出かけたらすぐにお散歩中のワンコに会いました。マイケル君9歳です。
As soon as I went for a walk, I met a dog who was taking a walk. Michael, 9 years old.
意外なことに、こなつはマイケル君にも飼い主さんにもビビる事無く、しばらくの間一緒にいることが出来ました。飼い主さんがこなつにオヤツを差し出すと、こなつは匂いを嗅ぐが食べようとしません。それをママに渡したらママの手からは食べたので「おりこうさんねぇ！」と褒められちゃったね。
Surprisingly, Konatsu wasn’t scared by either Michael or his owner. So Konatsu was able to stay with Michael for a while. When the owner gives Konatsu some treats, she smells but doesn’t try to eat. When the owner gave it to my wife, Konatsu ate it from my wife’s hand and was praised by the owner as “Great!”.
近くの公園でお散歩。私たちは前夜の食事でまだお腹いっぱいなので朝ごはん抜きで、温泉に入ったりしてチェックアウト時間ギリギリまで粘り、お腹が空き始めた頃にランチに向かいました。
Take a walk in the nearby park. In the morning, we went to a hot spring and stayed until the check-out time, and when we felt hungry, we went to lunch.
ハーベストのある仙石原から20分くらいで元箱根に来ました。ランチは芦ノ湖湖畔のベーカリー＆テーブル箱根で食べます。
We came to Motohakone in about 20 minutes from Sengokuhara, where the Harvest Club is located. We have lunch at “Bakery & Table Hakone” on the shores of Lake Ashi.
1Fはパン屋、2Fはカフェ、3Fはレストランになっていて、ここは3F。ここもとっても美味しい店なんです。
The 1st floor is a bakery, the 2nd floor is a cafe, the 3rd floor is a restaurant, and this is the 3rd floor. It’s a very delicious restaurant here.
一泊二日の短い旅ですが、最初から最後まで美味しいものを食べ続けるグルメ旅でした。
It was a short trip of one night and two days, but it was a fun gourmet trip that we continued to eat delicious food from the beginning to the end.
箱根新道を下って、いよいよ小旅行の終了です。
After going down Hakone Shindo, the trip is finally over.
