こなつママが整体院に行ってる間にその近くを歩いてみた。
While my wife was at the physical therapy clinic, I walked around the area with Konatsu.
裏通りとは言え観光客の姿は多いので、こなつは「ここを歩くんですか？」という顔をしている。

この階段を上がった所に頼朝の墓があるのですが、こなつが階段を登ろうとしなかったのでここは素通り。
There is Yoritomo’s tomb at the top of the stairs, but Konatsu did not want to climb the stairs, so we skipped this place.
今度は北条義時の墓に向かう階段が現れ、こなつはこっちの階段は登って行った。
Now a stairway to the tomb of Hojo Yoshitoki appeared, and Konatsu climbed this stairway.
義時の方は墓が残っておらず、法華堂跡としてこの場所が残っているらしい。
Yoshitoki’s grave did not remain, and this place is said to remain as the site of Hokkedo.
今、鎌倉ではどこを歩いてもこの旗が立てられているが、大河ドラマの影響力は凄いね。
Nowadays, wherever you walk in Kamakura, you see these flags up, and the influence of the TV Drama is amazing.
帰り道。向こうからやってきた人力車を引くお兄さんも乗客に頼朝の話をしていました。「あと2週間で頼朝は死んじゃうんですよ。」とネタばらしをしているのが聞こえてきて笑っちゃいました。
The way back, the man pulling the rickshaw who came from the other side was also telling the passengers about Yoritomo. “Yoritomo is going to die in two weeks,” he said. I laughed when I heard him spoiling a story.
そろそろ紫陽花が咲く季節。鎌倉はますます観光客で溢れそう。
It is almost the season for hydrangeas to bloom. Kamakura is going to be overflowing with more and more tourists.
